Family Industries

Family Industries, a screen printing and apparel company, hired Ziese Architecture to design a 5,250 ft², two-story addition to their existing 2,600 ft² warehouse and office building.

The expansion was thoughtfully designed to include creative office spaces above a manufacturing warehouse with 15-foot ceilings, providing the company with both functionality and room for growth. The industrial-inspired design features CMU blocks, corrugated metal, composite rainscreens, and a large storefront system.

These elements come together to create a space that reflects the company’s creative energy while maintaining practicality for day-to-day operations. The result is a bold and functional environment that supports the company’s vision and growth.
