Jefferson Park ADU
This project involved converting an existing cabana into a fully permitted accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in the historic Jefferson Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The transformation included legalizing a previously unpermitted kitchen and bathroom, ensuring compliance while enhancing functionality.
In addition to the ADU conversion, select areas of the main home were rennovated to align with the property’s cohesive mid-century modern aesthetic. Clean lines, natural materials, and timeless design elements were incorporated throughout, creating a seamless blend of style and practicality.
This thoughtful renovation maximized livable space while preserving the home’s architectural integrity, offering both modern comfort and long-term value.
