Larchmont Residence

This custom-designed residence in Larchmont blends functionality, artistry, and timeless charm. Designed to evoke the look and feel of an English cottage, the home features steeply pitched roofs and classic architectural details, creating a warm and inviting aesthetic.

The project includes a main house with a seamlessly integrated second-level Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), providing additional living space while maintaining the home’s cohesive design.

The primary level was conceived as a three-bedroom, two-bath layout, but was customized to include only the primary suite. This allowed the front portion of the structure to be transformed into a spacious open-plan artist studio, complete with vaulted ceilings and exposed heavy timber trusses—ideal for creative endeavors.
